Certainly, quality substitution for "cheaper" product cost is not a part of our supply manifesto / business model.
HYDRO-CHEM SA (Pty) Ltd has adopted a procurement strategy which dictates that we secure pre-selected products from global manufacturers who have Quality Management certification (s).
This allows us the guaranteed ability to pass onto our customers the security of consistent quality product offerings. These various products comply with the QM aspects and the standards that they (our customers) plan to achieve in their final product (s).

Delineate product and service quality requirements - Quality inter-relationships between products and services and our customer requirements are carefully established. Our knowledge of the global chemical industry allows us to recommend full quality potential advice resulting in competitive advantage for our existing customer (s).
Develop a quality analysis program - Through the years, a systematic and consistent data base concerning both the manufacture and the supply of most chemical compounds has been developed. This allows HYDRO-CHEM SA (Pty) Ltd to continually review product quality and to constantly improve the selection of recommended chemical products allowing our customer base to achieve ever-improving quality standards.
Total commitment to quality management delivery - The obligation that HYDRO-CHEM SA (Pty) Ltd accepts concerning TQM is not limited to only best quality product selection initiatives. We continuously strive to train not only our own staff but also our third party associates involved in the chemical supply chain.
Control, planning and continuous improvement strategies - Our existing quality system involves day-to-day involvement in the entire quality philosophy pertaining to quality management. Although not fully accredited with a TQM registered system yet, we continuously strive to deliver the best possible value-add service.
